Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Success Managers to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving customer onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, account health, stakeholder management, and value realization. You will verify accuracy, relevance, and practicality, helping AI produce clear, customer-focused solutions aligned with proven success practices and real-world business needs.

Requirements

3–8 years of professional experience in Customer Success, account management, or client services.
Proven experience managing customer onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and renewals.
Hands-on experience with Customer Success tools such as Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of customer health scores, usage metrics, success plans, risk identification, and value realization.
Ability to create accurate, practical tasks involving onboarding plans, adoption strategies, renewal preparation, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
Engagement type: Contractor
Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
