About Turing
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview
We are seeking Nurse Practitioner Experts to generate, evaluate, and refine tasks related to advanced practice nursing, primary and acute care, and clinical decision-making for frontier AI initiatives. In this role, experts will build technically accurate, practical tasks that test AI model capabilities in differential diagnosis, diagnostic ordering, clinical management planning, and patient care execution.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: ~3–8 years of experience in advanced practice nursing across primary care or acute care settings. Must have actively practiced as an NP within the last 3 years to maintain current clinical relevance.
- Credentials: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure and regionally relevant national board certification (e.g., FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP).
- Core Competencies: Expertise in comprehensive patient assessments, formulation of differential diagnoses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, pharmacological and non-pharmacological management planning, and acute/chronic disease management.
- Deliverable History: Proven track record of producing advanced clinical deliverables such as comprehensive SOAP notes, diagnostic workup plans, clinical management guidelines, patient discharge summaries, and referral consultations.
- Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex clinical presentations, weigh competing diagnostic hypotheses, and evaluate multi-faceted treatment strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review advanced clinical scenarios, patient histories, and diagnostic results to ensure precision, patient safety, and alignment with current clinical practice guidelines.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for writing realistic clinical vignettes, advanced practice prompts, and structured evaluation rubrics.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, incorporate calibration feedback, and iterate under senior review.

- Authoring realistic advanced-practice scenarios involving complex patient histories, physical exam findings, lab/imaging interpretation, and evidence-based treatment plans.
- Applying rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
- Working under senior review to incorporate calibration feedback, refine outputs, and iterate on task designs.
- Verifying that all created clinical scenarios, diagnostic data, and treatment plans are medically accurate, realistic, and compliant with current clinical standards.
- Ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines, quality benchmarks, and milestone deadlines.
