Role Overview
We are seeking experienced HR & Talent Specialists to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine high-difficulty tasks involving talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, L&D partnerships, and specialist HR workflows. You will ensure outputs are accurate, practical, and aligned with enterprise-grade HR practices, regulatory standards, and strategic business needs.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of professional experience in a specialized HR domain (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or L&D Partnerships).
- Deep domain expertise in designing and executing specialized HR workflows, compensation/benefits structures, talent pipelines, and employee engagement programs.
- Relevant professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to evaluate, calibrate, and author complex HR scenarios, strategic policy frameworks, and gold-standard evaluation rubrics.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a specialized functional pod responsible for creating high-quality training and evaluation data for AI models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in specialized HR workflows, talent acquisition, total rewards, and program design that meet the pod's quality bar.
- Authoring realistic task scenarios involving complex HR policy creation, compensation/benefits modeling, talent acquisition strategies, and performance management frameworks.
- Applying rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
- Reviewing and calibrating team members' output to maintain high accuracy and own day-to-day quality standards across the functional area.
- Verifying that all created HR scenarios, regulatory policies, and talent frameworks are accurate, practical, and solvable using established industry standards.
- Escalating genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead while ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines and milestone deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
