Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior B2B Account Executives to help train AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine complex sales tasks involving enterprise prospecting, discovery, qualification, stakeholder alignment, solution positioning, negotiation, forecasting, and deal closure. You will ensure outputs are commercially accurate, strategic, and practical, helping AI deliver credible, customer-focused guidance across complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise accounts.

Requirements

8–15 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B or enterprise sales roles, managing strategic accounts and complex deal cycles.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing high-value, multi-year enterprise deals.
Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, including executive sponsors, technical evaluators, procurement, legal, and finance teams.
Strong command of formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or an equivalent framework.
Expert in account planning, opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, commercial negotiation, and deal strategy.
Advanced proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, risk identification, executive engagement, and cross-functional deal coordination.

Responsibilities

Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
Engagement type: Contractor
Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
