Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic accounting and audit tasks, verify technical accuracy, and ensure outputs align with professional standards and real-world practices. Your expertise will help AI produce reliable, practical, and well-reasoned solutions across financial reporting, controls, compliance, and assurance scenarios.
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience in accounting or audit, at Manager–Director level in public accounting or as an industry Controller.
- Regionally relevant accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA; CIA or CISA certification is an advantage.
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP, complex accounting issues, financial statements, disclosures, and reporting requirements.
- Strong experience designing, evaluating, and improving internal controls, including financial reporting and compliance controls.
- Proven audit judgment in assessing risks, reviewing evidence, identifying material issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
- Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
- Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
- Engagement type: Contractor.
- Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks.
