Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Actuaries to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic actuarial tasks involving risk assessment, pricing, reserving, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will verify technical accuracy, assumptions, and practical relevance, helping AI produce reliable, well-reasoned outputs aligned with professional actuarial standards and real-world insurance and financial applications.
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of actuarial experience across life insurance, property and casualty, health insurance, pensions, or actuarial consulting.
- Recognized actuarial credential such as SOA ASA/FSA, CAS ACAS/FCAS, IFoA Fellowship, or an equivalent regional qualification.
- Expert knowledge of reserving methodologies, reserve adequacy, loss development, and actuarial valuation.
- Strong expertise in product pricing, profitability analysis, risk modeling, forecasting, and scenario testing.
- Proven ability to set, validate, and challenge actuarial assumptions using credible data, professional judgment, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
- Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
- Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
- Engagement type: Contractor.
- Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks.
