Turing is seeking professionals with strong experience in healthcare administration, medical office coordination, or patient service operations.

Role Overview:
  • In this role, you will contribute to projects designed to fine-tune and enhance large language models using your expertise in healthcare coordination and administrative processes.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will enable you to learn how to leverage AI to improve healthcare communication, documentation accuracy, and workflow efficiency across clinical settings.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
  • Design and solve real-world medical office and administrative scenarios to test AI reasoning and accuracy.
  • Write structured, detailed responses involving patient scheduling, documentation handling, billing coordination, and record maintenance.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, professionalism, and adherence to healthcare documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of clinical workflows, patient interactions, and compliance practices such as HIPAA.
  • Help establish new evaluation benchmarks reflecting healthcare administrative best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Medical Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards.
  • Excellent English communication, organization, and reasoning skills.
