Turing is seeking professionals with strong experience in healthcare administration, medical office coordination, or patient service operations.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will contribute to projects designed to fine-tune and enhance large language models using your expertise in healthcare coordination and administrative processes.
No prior AI experience is required.
These projects will enable you to learn how to leverage AI to improve healthcare communication, documentation accuracy, and workflow efficiency across clinical settings.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

Design and solve real-world medical office and administrative scenarios to test AI reasoning and accuracy.
Write structured, detailed responses involving patient scheduling, documentation handling, billing coordination, and record maintenance.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, professionalism, and adherence to healthcare documentation standards.
Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of clinical workflows, patient interactions, and compliance practices such as HIPAA.
Help establish new evaluation benchmarks reflecting healthcare administrative best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
4+ years of experience as a Medical Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards.
Excellent English communication, organization, and reasoning skills.
